Every Violet Audio hardware and software-based product, including the dMix 128 series, ships under the International Limited Warranty. Full terms, duration, and exclusions are set out in the official warranty document — request a copy from Violet Audio or your local distributor.

Hardware and software follow separate policies. Hardware warranty terms are fixed at time of purchase; software support is provided at Violet Audio's discretion with no guaranteed duration.
