All content on violetaudio.com is the intellectual property of Violet Audio Pty Ltd. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive license for use solely with genuine Violet Audio hardware.
Permitted Use & Restrictions
Prohibited: reverse engineering, unauthorized redistribution, unauthorized server access, content scraping, and identity misrepresentation.
Downloads & Firmware
Software is offered as-is, without guarantee against errors. Users are responsible for verifying compatibility and for the consequences of installing firmware.
Warranty & Support
Hardware warranties follow the separate Warranty policy. Software support is discretionary, with no guaranteed duration.
Limitation of Liability
Violet Audio disclaims indirect and consequential damages. Liability is capped at amounts paid for products or services within the preceding 12 months, except where Australian Consumer Law prohibits limitation.
Privacy
User data is handled under the Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
Governing Law
